He also holds a 2nd Engineer’s Certificate, supported by seven years of practical experience.

Dr. Eng. Zbigniew Szozda, Professor at PM, Plenipotentiary of the Minister of Infrastructure for Maritime Surface Autonomous Units
In May 2025, he was appointed to the newly established position of Plenipotentiary of the Minister of Infrastructure for Maritime Surface Autonomous Units. The Plenipotentiary’s task is to initiate and coordinate legislative work to enable the use of unmanned vessels in Polish maritime areas.

Project Manager, Supply Chain Expert, Co-founder of CO-MADE.
15 years of experience in the implementation of offshore and marine projects in Polish supply chain locations. For over 10 years he provided repair services and supervised the construction of steel structures for the largest ship and ferry owners. Co-founder of CO-MADE. The company is recognised for its supply chain consulting and business development in the offshore wind market in Poland.

Jakub Budzyński (PIMEW)

President of the Management Board of the Polish Chamber of Offshore Wind Energy.
Supply Chain & Stakeholder Manager at Simply Blue Group, industry consultant in the offshore wind energy sector, active promoter of the development of the offshore wind sector in the Baltic Sea region. Expert in the field of the supply chain for the offshore wind energy sector and regulations of the Polish market in this field, associated with the offshore wind energy sector from the beginning of his professional career.

Co-owner and CEO of ASE Offshore Sp. z o.o. and SMDI Sp. z o.o., Vice President of Projmors ASE Group Sp. z o.o., founder and president of the Foundation for Sustainable Energy, and founder of the Baltic Institute for Energy Transformation.
Manager and expert in the energy and environmental protection sectors with over 20 years of experience, gained through work in public administration, business, as well as business and non-governmental organizations. Since 2005, involved in activities supporting the development of renewable energy, and since 2008, one of the leading advocates of offshore wind energy. Since 2010, engaged in the development of offshore wind farm projects in Poland as an expert and manager.
